Cleaning the device surface
Use a soft cloth slightly moistened to clean the surface, panel and controls
in a fine cleaning solution. Do not use abrasive cloths, cleaning powders, or solvents such as
thinner, petrol, or alcohol.
Cleaning the laser lens
Use a commercially available blower used to clean camera lenses to clean the laser lens. Check
with your dealer.
Disk handling
• Hold the disc only at the edges to prevent contamination of the disc surface.
• Do not touch the surface of the disc.
• Do not apply anything to the surface of the disc.
• Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or heat sources such as heating, or leave the disc in a
car parked in the sun as the interior temperature may increase considerably.
• After playback, put the disc in its case.
Cleaning discs
• Clean the disc with a cleaning cloth before playing. Clean the disc from the center to the edges.
• Do not use solvents such as petrol, thinner, commercially available cleaners, or antistatic sprays
to clean vinyl LPs.
Handling Disc
• Hold the disc only at the edges to prevent contamination of the surface. Do not touch the surface
of the plate and grooves. Dirt and mechanical damage reduce reproduction quality.
• Do not attach anything to the surface of the disc.
• Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or heat sources, such as air conditioning ducts, or leave
it in a parked car in the sun because the interior temperature may increase considerably.
• After playing, place the discs in their packaging.
• Store the plates in a vertical position. They may be damaged when stored horizontally.
• Store the plates away from dusty and vibration-free areas.
Cleaning the discs
• Before playing, clean the disc with a soft and dry antistatic cloth. Clean the plate along the
grooves.
• Do not use solvents such as petrol, thinner, commercially available cleaners.
