listener, as part of the deployment.

Usage Notes
Note:
It is a good practice to use Easy Connect (EZCONNECT) to test the
database connectivity before registering the database.
Log in as the
sys
user and enter the following command:
sqlplus sys/password@//hostname:1521/service name
