Opus Semi-automatic Wire Closer is an automatic cramping device for wire
spine with nominal width 75 mm – 507 mm and eye diameter 1/4” – 7/8” with
built-in calendar hanger feeder. It is forbidden to use the machine for any other
purposes. Each of operators working with device must be trained in the scope of
safety rules in connection with machine operation and its appropriation. Using of
machine for any other works than mentioned above is not allowed and will be
regarded as improper using of machine.
Attention - if the machine is used improperly, then the manufacturer bears no
warranty for safe operation of the device. In case of improper operation the user
bears responsibility for damage of device and accidents during operation.

SAFETY RULES
General information
The device Opus Semi-automatic Wire Closer has been designed and manufactured
according to all safety rules. Due to the application of the latest available technologies
the safety level during work with this device is very high.
Safety at work can be practicable, if all necessary actions will be taken.
Their planning and realization are the obligations of the machine user. Particularly,
the operator must ensure if:
• the machine is used in accordance with their appropriation
• the machine is used in perfect working conditions, all machine components
responsible for safety at work should be regularly checked, with frequency according
to their using-up
• personnel responsible for service, repair and maintenance of machine is equipped
with appropriate protective equipment
• operating manual is legible and is stored in machine proximity in the place acces

sible for all users
• the machine is operated, repaired and maintained only by authorized and properly
trained personnel
• the personnel is trained in the scope of machine operation and knows the principles
of safety at work and the content of the manual of device and particularly informa

tion regarding safety at work
• none of the stickers and markings located on the device in the moment of supply has
not been removed
