PREPARING THE DEVICE FOR OPERATION
• Check for presence of water in air filter,
• Check if the oil level is in the range between ¼ and 4/5 of lubricator volume,
• Check mechanical parts, particularly screws of clamping elements and check that
everything is properly secured,
• Check if the device is connected to the wire spine feeder,
• Ensure that all electric parts are dry and well insulated,
• Check all hoses for possible leaks,
Device start-up
•
Connect the device to electric energy source. Turn the safety switch located in the
doors on the left side of main unit. Press the button POWER, select the language on
the touch screen.
• Connect the wire spine feeder to the main device. The reel should turn
clockwise.
• Connect the device to compressed air source. Set the pressure between 6 and 8 bar,
depending on the size of wire spine. The larger the size, the larger the pressure.
• Select on screen the button TEST (see page 26). Press and hold A until the gear will
be appropriately calibrated with the wire spine. Then press CUT to cut the wire spine
between loops. Discard the cut off piece of wire.
• Check if all device components are working properly pressing individual function
keys. Press WORK to check if all air spring are operating properly.
• Press the foot push to start test operation of device

SETTINGS AND CALIBRATION
The machine should be calibrated each time, depending on used wire spine
(dimension and loop spacing).
Synchronization of gears and the belt supplying the wire spine
Gear A and belt supplying the wire spine must be properly synchronized each
time, when the wire spine is inserted.
1. Slide the wire spine on the guide until it reaches the first gear. Press A on the test

ing screen. The gear starts rotating with constant speed. Press and hold the button A
until the first loop of the wire spine reaches the belt supplying the wire spine.
