Operating principle
The motion sensors are passive-infrared motion
sensor. The sensors of the motion sensor can detect
and evaluate invisible heat rays of moving bodies
(humans, animals, etc.), and convert them electronically
switching processes. However, heat rays cannot
penetrate obstacles, such as walls, glass panes, etc.
This must be taken into consideration when selecting
a suitable installation location. If possible, the motion
sensor should be installed so that it is protected against
direct sunlight in order to prevent unwanted switching
processes.
Note: cover frame not included in the scope of delivery.
Installation instructions
The flush-mounted motion sensor is designed for
installation in flush-mounted boxes

The motion sensor can be attached in the flush-
mounted box with the aid of retaining clamps, or the
support frame can be screwed to the flush-mounted box
by means of the flush-mounted box machine screws.
