3.7 Lubrication
With the first lubrication and greasing your new machine, oil in
the gear and the coolant system is filled. Once these opera-
tions have been carried out, the machine can be started up.

The oil tank of the gearbox must be filled to half way up the
sight glass. Filling quantity about 4.5 liters.

The oil must be changed 200 hours after being filled for the
first time, then after every 2000 operating hours.

Use the oil types recommended in the reference table

Lubricant on page 55. This table can be used to compare
the characteristics of each different type of oil of your
choice.

Fill the coolant tank. Filling quantity about 6 litres. Fill the
coolant tank over the drilling table.
