Lift the battery up and out in the direction of the arrow

Insert the battery by pushing it 

straight

 down into the battery bay (it will only fit one 

way, don’t force it). 

6.

Make sure the battery is sitting flat in the slot, and then slide the battery in the 
direction of the arrow 

 until the lock clicks into place.
