22) PTZ control malfunction.
-Check for secure connection of the PTZ camera.
-Check for correct controller connection.
-Check for correct PTZ controller type and protocol.
-Check for correct COM port selection for that particular PTZ controller.
(contact camera supplier for further troubleshooting.)
23) Cannot view playback or change settings through Client software.
-Check for appropriate user level for playback and settings configuration. -Change the user
level to desired level in the Server.
