2.7 Leak Check, Vacuum
There is a taper mouth on the check valve of outdoor unit gas tube. It can be used to measure the
pressure and charge refrigerant

As for tube leak, it must be charged to about 2.5MPa nitrogen to make sure.
As for tube and indoor unit vacuum, it needs 30 minutes and the pressure lower than 30Pa.
2.8 Drain Line Installation
The drain line is installed with the right drainage point specification. The drain hose should be
installed in a down slope 1% to make sure the easy draining of condensate water.
2.9 Electrical Connections
Electrical connection shall be made only by authorized electricians and in accordance with
local electrical requirements and codes. Power supply should be isolated during the process of
electrical connection. Besides the above points, please note the follow items:
Ensure the power voltage is consistence with the rated voltage.
Unit should have independent power supply;
All ground connections are reliable and safe;
Make sure the connection cable is free of any movable parts like compressor, fan, etc;
All electrical connections should be according to wiring diagram.
The air-conditioner is double system unit. The mixture of electrical cable connection and tube
connection will lead to damage to the buildings.
