Installation, Operation and Maintenance
The air-conditioner must be installed by qualified technician. Incorrect installation may lead to
damage, electric shock, and fire or water leak.
Before installing the air-conditioner, please read the “warning and notice” carefully to ensure the
correct installation. After installation, please conduct a trial run and check whether the operation is
normal or not.
Explanation of warning and notice signs

Refers to warning……Neglecting warning may cause a severe accident.

Refers to notice……Neglecting notice may cause injury or damage of the unit.

Verify that any wall on which the outdoor unit is installed is capable of carrying the weight. Do not
install on a light unstable structure susceptible to vibration.

Electrical connection shall be made only by authorized electricians and in accordance with local
electrical requirements and codes.
Insufficient wire capacity or bad circuit structure can cause
creepage or fire.

Make sure the tightness of all wire connection, use the stated wire and use the recorded gage
(wire size 8 or 10 ) , avoid any outside force directly working on the connection end or wire. The
wrong wire connections can cause a fire.

If a refrigerant leak occurs during the installation, please vent air immediately. If the refrigerant
catches fire, it will produce poisonous gas.
●
Earth leakage breaker must be built in and the ground should be connected during the electrical
connection. If there is no ground connection or imperfect earth, it may lead to electric shock.

Do not let cooling air vent onto your body directly for a long time. Excessively low room
temperature is not good for your health and wastes electricity.

When checking the units, do not revise or replace the electrical components and protection device.
Running without protection device can damage the unit.

If the unit displays the malfunction code, it can be restarted after troubleshooting.

In case of air-conditioner failure, immediately cut off power supply and have failure corrected by
specialty maintenance personnel, before restarting the unit or it could cause damage, fire or electric
shock.
