Custom Shapes and Fixturing

3-Dimensional Shapes

3-Dimensional curvatures and shapes cause Lasercheck to become easily misaligned either in the vertical or
horizontal axis. Fixturing must be designed to carefully and repeatably control positioning in both axes so that
the specular reflected beam strikes in the middle of the first 11 detectors and the overall reflection falls into the
center of the detection window as viewed from the end of the measurement head.
