Application with Energy Meter 

With Modbus card II and energy meter, hybrid inverter can be easily integrated into the 
existing household system. For details please refer to Modbus card II manual. 

 

Note: 

this application is only valid for 

Grid-Tie with Backup II

 mode. 

 
Equipped with Modbus card II, hybrid inverter is connected to energy meter with RS485 
communication port. It’s to arrange self-consumption via Modbus card to control power 
generation and battery charging of the inverter.
