82 Infotainment system
Main menu
The main menu is the display that app ears
after the Infota inm ent system is switched
on. The following inform ation may be
displayed:
–
Wav eband,
– Radio station frequency or nam e,
– Tim e,
– CD/M P3 information,
– Display, playback, sound or
station memory labels etc..
Audio Information
The following inform ation is show n in
the d isplay:
–
Current wav eband or CD.
– Current station frequency,
CD track numb er or elapsed track time.
– If the RDS function is active,
the station nam e or station call letters
appea r on the display. See “RDS
(R adio Data System)” on page 87.
– If there is a CD in the CD slot,
the “CD” symbol illuminates on the
display. See “CD/MP3 Player” on
page 90.
– If the CD is in rand om mode,
the “RDM” sym bol illum inates on the
display. See “Random Mode” on
page 94.
Time and da te
Display of the current time and d ate.
Single-disc CD player
In vehicles with a single-disc CD player, set
the time and date as follow s:
Turn ignition k ey to ACC or RUN.
Press the
X
e knob .
The Infotainment system switches on.
Press the
C
1 clock button.
The HR, MIN, M M, DD, YYYY
(hour, minute, m onth, day and yea r)
labels appear on the display.
Press the ap prop ria te button 6
located below the label that you wish
to change.
Press the same button 6 again to
increa se the time/d ate.
The value selected increases by one
(hour/minute/month/day/year) every
time the same button

is pressed
aga in.

8 tune knob, as
follows:

To display the date, proceed as follows:
Press the
C
1 clock button w ith the
Infotainment system on.
The date appears.

After a few seconds, the display reverts
back to the normal radio and tim e
disp lay.
