Headlamp system
Headlamps with sepa ra te systems
for low beam
1
(outer bulbs) and
high beam
2
(inner bulbs).
Low beam
1. Open bonnet and remove 3 screw s from
hea dlamp protective cov er.
2. Rotate bulb soc ket a nti-clockwise and
pull it out of head la mp assembly.
3. Deta ch p lug connector from bulb sock et.
4. Remove bulb from bulb socket and insert
new bulb, without touching the glass.
5. Attach plug connector to b ulb socket,
push bulb sock et into head lamp
assembly and rotate bulb sock et
clockwise.
6. Replace headlam p protective cover,
rep lace 3 screws to hold c ov er in plac e
and c lose bonnet.
Hig h beam
1. Open bonnet and remove headla mp
protective cover.
2. Rotate bulb socket anti-clockwise and
pull it out of headlamp assembly.
3. Detach plug connector from b ulb socket.
4. Remov e bulb from bulb socket and insert
new bulb, without touching the g la ss.
5. Atta ch plug connector to bulb socket,
push bulb socket into headlamp
assembly a nd rotate bulb socket
clockwise.
6. Replac e head lamp protectiv e cover and
close bonnet.
