FOR SAFETY: Use a truck or trailer that
will support the weight of the machine.
NOTE: Empty the hopper before transporting
the machine.
1. Using a suitable forklift, load the sweeper
onto the truck or trailer.
2. Position the sweeper onto the truck or
trailer as far as possible.
3. Block the sweeper tires.
4. Tie down the sweeper to the truck or
trailer before transporting.
The front tie down locations are the holes
located behind the front of the sweeper
between the hopper and frame wall.
The rear tie down locations are the vertical
bars located at both rear corners of the
sweeper.
MACHINE JACKING
Empty the hopper and remove the main
broom and side brooms before jacking the
sweeper. The sweeper can be jacked up for
service at the designated locations. Use a
suitable forklift to raise the sweeper and
lower it onto the jacks. Always position the
sweeper on a flat, level surface.
The front jacking points are located behind
the front of the sweeper, between the frame
and outer covers.
The rear jacking points are located inside
and to the outer ends of the broom chamber.
Be sure that the rear jacks are positioned on
the flat portion of the broom chamber.
FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine,
jack machine up at designated positions only.
Block mahcine up with jack stands.
