HOPPER/FILTER SEAL
The hopper/filter seal is located on the
top of the hopper, between the hopper
and sweeper frame.
Check this seal for wear or damage
every 100 hours.
BEARINGS
All pulley, broom, impeller, gearbox,
and wheel bearings are greased and
sealed for life of the bearing.
The pivot bearing does not require
lubrication. (

The fork tube slide bearings do not
require lubrication. (
Ref. Arrow #2 )
V-BELTS
Check and adjust the drive belts every
200 hours of operation.
V-BELT TENSION
Tension the two belts coming from the drive
wheels 5.0 kg at 1.0 cm.
Tension the two belts driving the impeller
3.5kg to 1.0cm
Tension the two belts that drive the side
broom gearboxes 2.0 kg at 3.0 cm.
The main broom drive belt is self-tensioning.
STATIC DRAG CHAIN
The static drag chain prevents the buildup
of static electricity. The chain is located on
the back of the main broom chamber.
Be sure that the chain is touching the ground
at all times.
