1
"Invisible obesity" type with lower BMI and higher fat
A type that body weight is lower than the standard and body fat percentage is higher. More fat,
but muscle, blood, bone and other ingredients account for less proportion. If it continues, it will
cause physical functional decline and damage your health. People of this type cannot be judged
from the appearance, so it is hard to realize himself/herself. For a lack of sports or extreme weight
reduction activities such as repeated dieting, even when food intake is not much, heat is easily
turn into fat. So the balance of diet should be noted and exercise habit shall be formed in normal
times.

2
"Muscle obesity" type with higher BMI and lower fat
Looks obese, but fat is in or under standard. This type of people are mainly engaged in regular
exercise or work with much exercise. There is no problem in current state. However, if they
stop exercising, but continue the original eating habits, the intake of calories is relatively high
compared to the amount of exercise. At the same time, the previously accumulated muscles are
reduced; instead, fat is constantly increased. So, you could quickly become obese.
Eating habits shall be noted after the amount of exercise is reduced.
