2.4 Recall Mode (Passive Operation)
Definition: Recall Mode is the passive operational mode of
the thermometer. In this mode, you may review the most
recently stored temperature data and parameters.

In order to get into the Recall Mode of operation,
press the key only. Do not pull the
trigger; otherwise, you will get into the Real Time
(Active) Mode of operation.
