Troubleshooting
The saw blade coming out from
the pulleys.
Saw blade is too slow or too tight.
Check the pulleys and the tension
of the feeding band and adjust it
through the upper black knobs.
One or both pulleys are damaged
or out from their axis.
Check the pulleys and contact
Omcan or the dealer to have them
repaired if they are out of their
axis.
Bad quality of the blade.
Replace the saw blade with a new
one. Ensure it is an original spare
part.
Considerable heating of the saw
blade.
Loss of sharpening of the saw
blade.
Replace the saw blade with a new
and original one.
Waste clogged between blade and
blade guide.
Disassembly and thoroughly
clean the blade guide and then
reassemble it.
Bearings of one or both pulleys are
damaged or blocked.
Contact Omcan or the dealer to
replace the bearings.
Cutting is not perfect.
Saw blade is too slow or too tight.
Check the pulleys and the tension
of the feeding band and adjust it
through the upper black knob if it
differs from the relevant values.
Loss of sharpening of the saw
blade.
