EVIS EXERA II VIDEO SYSTEM CENTER CV-180
The endoscope's remote
switches are inoperative. The endoscope or
videoscope cable EXERA II
is not connected. Connect the endoscope or
scope cable EXERA II as
described in Section 4.2,
“Connection of an
endoscope” on page 46.
The user preset for the
endoscope's remote
switches are incorrect. Set them properly as
described in “Remote
switch and foot switch
(EXERA and VISERA)” on
page 219.
The data is not displayed
on the scope information
menu. The endoscope is not
connected or a videoscope
other than that with the
scope information function
is connected. Connect an videoscope
with scope information
function as described in its
instruction manual. (Also
see Section 5.7, “Scope
information” on page 148.
The endoscope information
data cannot be entered. The endoscope is not
connected or a videoscope
other than that with the
scope information function
is connected. Connect an videoscope

The sub image is not
displayed. The external equipment is
not connected properly. Connect the external
equipment is properly.
The internal clock shows
the wrong time and/or data. The internal clock is not set
correctly. Set it properly as described
in “Date and time” on
page 197.
NBI observation is not
enabled. The light source (CLV-180)
is not connected. Connect the CLV-180.
An endoscope incompatible
with NBI is connected. Connect an NBI compatible
endoscope.
The light source is OFF. Turn the light source ON.
The NBI mode is not
selected. Select the NBI mode and
confirm that the color of the
“NBI” indicator is changed
from green to white.
