Network
Integrating the Radio in a Wi
−
Fi/WLAN Network
The radio must be integrated in a network with Internet access:
1. Press the [STANDBY/ON] button.
2. The display changes after approx. 2
seconds.
3. The display changes again after approx. 1
second.
4. Press the [SELECT] button.
5. The equipment automatically scans for
Wi
−
Fi/WLAN networks.
6. The Wi
−
Fi/WLAN network access points
which can be accessed are displayed with
your SSID. If several networks are found,
select the required network by turning the
rotating [SCROLL] knob.
7. Confirm the selection by pressing the
[SELECT] button.
Note:
SSID
−
Service Set Identifier. This is the network name entered by the
network provider to identify the network.
Note:
This message appears when no
Wi
−
Fi/WLAN network access points are
found. Check the network settings.
Information on this is available in the
instruction manuals supplied with the
corresponding devices.
8. If the network selected is nor encrypted,
the connection is automatically
established.
9. If the network selected is encrypted, you
are prompted to enter the corresponding
code (key).
10.The device automatically switches to input
mode after approx. 3 seconds.
11.Enter the code completely and correctly.
12.Turn the rotating [SCROLL] knob and
select the
END
option.
13.Confirm the selection by pressing the
[SELECT] button.
