Body Panels

All panels are made of glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GRP). 

4.2  Snow Conveyor (Auger)

The horizontal auger in the conditioner transports the snow that has been scraped off the ice 

by the blade to the centre of the conditioner, where it is picked up by a vertical auger and is 

transported into the resurfacer’s snow dump tank.

4.3  Hydraulic Components

A variable flow piston pump supplies the hydraulic system with oil. Control valves supply 
the resurfacer with oil to a series of control valves which control the flow of oil to various 
components. The hydraulic system must only be serviced by qualified personnel.
