8.8 System Information
1.
In the System Menu go to Information (figure 50).
2.
On the left hand side you can visualise the current software and firmware versions uploaded
on your device.
3.
On the right hand side the memory space available to save Experiments and Outputs is
shown.

8.9 Export System Data
System Data may be requested by your support team to help characterise and solve a problem
you encountered. To Export the all System Data, please follow the procedure described below.
1.
In the System Menu, go to Troubleshooting.
2.
Select the Export All System Data Button
3.
Insert Memory Stick (chapter 3.6.5).
4.
Export All System Data.
NOTE
All log files, the last 45 Experiment Outputs as well as the System Configuration
will be exported. This may take 20 minutes.
