7.6 Replace Tube Holders
1.
Open the Sliding Cover.
2.
Switch off the CERO.
3.
Remove the Front Cover (see chapter 7.3).
4.
Tilt the CEROtube Holder on one side to remove it (figure 48).
5.
Fit and press the new CEROtube Holder on its axis until it clicks.

7.7 Maintenance pH-Reader
Periodic maintenance routines need to be run in order to ensure safe and reliable operation of
your Reader.
ATTENTION
Prior to any maintenance or service on this unit, disconnect the Main Power
Cable from the power supply.
Always wear suitable protective clothing, safety glasses and protective
gloves during maintenance.
7.7.1 Weekly Maintenance pH-Reader
Perform the weekly maintenance at the end of each experiment on a weekly basis.
1. Make sure that the CERO is switched off before performing the weekly maintenance.
2. Spray a lint-free cloth with MICROLAB® disinfectant and wipe the surfaces of the Reader.
You may dismount the photometer to ease maintenance.
ATTENTION
Spraying directly on the unprotected Reader electronic connections may
damage the Reader and may cause an electric short of the device.
