Remove the air filter.

Clean the air filter using a suction device or wash it with water and then dry it in a cool place.
e.
Remove the refreshing filter (if supplied) from the air filter as shown in figure “38”.
Do not touch this Electrostatic Filter within 10 minutes after opening the inlet grille,
it may cause an electric shock.
f.
Clean the Electrostatic Filter with mild detergent or water and dry in the sunlight for two hours.
g.
Insert the electrostatic filter again (if supplied) + the active charcoal filter (if supplied).
h.
Insert the upper part of the air filter into the unit, paying attention that the left and right edges are correctly
aligned and then re-position the filter in the relevant seat (figure 39).
i.
Close the panel well, taking it back to its original position.
10 - TROUBLESHOOTING
10.1 - SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
If one of the following conditions occurs, switch off and promptly disconnect the appliance.
• The power cord is damaged or heats up in an abnormal manner.
• You smell a burning odour.
• The unit emits loud or abnormal sounds.
• A power fuse blows or the circuit breaker frequently trips.
• Water or other objects fall inside the appliance.
IN THE PRESENCE OF THESE CONDITIONS, DO NOT TRY TO SOLVE THE ANOMALY BY YOUR

SELF. PROMPTLY CONTACT A RETAILER OR AN AUTHORIZED ASSISTANCE CENTRE!
10.2 -COMMON ISSUES
The following problems are not a malfunction and in most situations will not require repairs.
