Adding a group dial entry to the phone book
The machine can hold up to 20 group dial settings, each group
can have up to 50 entries. To add a new group dial number to the
phone book:
1.
Press the
Menu
button on the control panel.
2.
Using the
UP
arrow key, navigate to Fax Settings and press
OK
.
3.
Press
OK
to select Phone Book.
4.
Using the
DOWN
arrow key, navigate to Edit Group Dial!
then press
OK
.
5.
Using the
UP
/
DOWN
arrow keys, navigate to the desired
group dial entry location (index number), then press
OK
.
6.
Press
OK
, enter the new group name using the
alpha/numeric keypad, and press
OK
.
7.
If multiple numbers are required, repeat step 6 to add other
entries to the group.
Deleting a speed dial entry from the phone book
To delete a speed dial number from the phone book:
1.
Press the
Menu
button on the control panel.
2.
Using the
UP
arrow key, navigate to Fax Settings and press
OK
.
3.
Press
OK
to select Phone Book.
4.
Using the
DOWN
arrow key, navigate to Delete Speed Dial!
then press
OK
.
5.
Using the
UP
/
DOWN
arrows keys, scroll through the speed
dial entries and press
OK
to select the required fax number.
Note
The maximum length of name is 32 characters.
Note
Each group can have a maximum of 50 entries.
