remove the image drum (

), tap the toner cartridge, and slowly swing it 20 to 30
degrees vertically several times. Be careful not to let the toner
leak from the cartridge. If this does not work, the image drum
unit may need to be replaced. Contact your supplier to get a
replacement.

If the document received is wider or longer than the paper loaded
in the paper tray, the machine automatically reduces the width
or length of the document so that it will fit on the paper. This type
of problem could also be communication related.
