INTRODUCTION
OJ Air2 Master is an intelligent, freely configurable controller for the OJ
Air2 system. OJ Air2 Master contains a wide range of installations, each
of which can be configured to ensure perfect adaptation to the ventilation
system concerned and the provision of precisely the functions needed for
energy-optimised control.
The system is configured directly in the built-in Web server via a standard
IE browser on a PC.
Thanks to the multi-level user interface, the system designer can create
different access levels for various user groups.
The ventilation system is operated from a PC via the built-in Web server
or from the hand terminal via its unique "turn and push" button. OJ Air2
Master handles all control functions and communication to and from the
system.
OJ Air2 Master contains several different interfaces for peripheral units,
allowing it to be connected to sensors, pumps and valves.
OJ AIR2 Master can be connected to a BMS system via interfaces such as
Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet and LON.

CONFIGURATION
At the factory
The system designer configures the ventilation system at the factory via the
user-friendly OJ Air2 Master Web interface and saves the settings in a data
file containing application and system parameters.
At the installation site
Once the system has been installed, it is tested and commissioned by a
technician, who sets energy-optimising and other user specific parameters
on site.
Daily operation
Everyday users operate the system via the built-in Web server or the hand
terminal.
Configuration of ventilation application
OJ Air2 Master can be configured for a wide range of individual ventilation
applications, which can be freely combined as desired or required by the
ventilation system.

UPDATING SOFTWARE
OJ Air2 is equipped with a standard SD card reader and a standard SD
card is used to update OJ Air2 Master software. To update the OJ Air2
Master software version, the SD card must contain two files: a win.zip file
and a .crc file, both of which must be located in the "root directory" of the
SD card.
Insert the SD card with the two files into the card reader. The OJ Air2
Master will then check the content of the card and, if the SD card contains
a higher software version than that which is already installed on the OJ Air2
Master, updating will be started when the "turn and push" button of the OJ
Air2 hand terminal is pressed. The SD card must not exceed 8 GB.
NOTE! The SD card must be inserted into the OJ Air2 Master with the
connectors facing forwards (fig. 8).
