GRILL 5800
EN
• Preheat the appliance for the time necessary (see the next paragraph).
• When the grill soapstone upper plan is very hot, it’ll be possible to start with the cooking
operations.
• Once the use is finished, turn off the appliance (switches “9” on “0” (OFF) and plug
removed from the socket).
During use, the resistors could activate and deactivate to maintain a constant
temperature.
The grease could splash around the raclette and the soapstones.
Never place the soapstone on the resistor if the latter is already hot.
> > “Stone” function
Preheat the appliance for about
20/30 minutes.
• Grease the soapstone with a little
bit of corn oil after preheating
it and dry it with a soft cloth.
This operation limits the foods
adherence on the stone.
• Place the food to cook on the
stone (4).
- Do not place quick-frozen, frozen or too heavy foods on the hot stone.
- Do not put the stone in contact with acid foods like products with added
vinegar, mustard, cucumbers, etc.
- Do not place any object on the stone.
- Do not let the appliance work unladen for more than 30 minutes: the stone
will heat up too much for an optimal cooking.
