USE
• After some uses, the stones normally takes a darker colour, indelible.
Use only stones supplied with the appliance.
• To not damage the plate surface, use the supplied
wooden spatulas (8) or a plastic one which must be
resistant to high temperatures.
- Due to its inertia, from 5 to 10 minutes
are necessary to the stone to respond to
an adjustment modification performed
during the appliance use.
• The small fissures or cracks caused by the stone expansion are natural and do not affect
the appliance correct functioning.
• It is possible to start the grilling
operations only when the plates
upper plane is very hot.
