Dusting of Sieve Beds
White powder visible
in the machine or very
high air pressure levels

Moisture in air

Repack the sieve beds.

Clean valves and mufflers.

Make sure dry air is being
fed to the machine.
Valves Sticking
Air pressure levels

Dusting of sieve or
machine filled with dirt
and dust due to air
filters not being
replaced
Remove valve block from
machine and clean valves
and spools completely.
Pressure Switch not
functioning
Machine not turning
ON/OFF at target
pressures

Remove switch and return
for replacement.
Warning Signs:
Low Oxygen Pressure
