Configuration, Operation, Illustration
The machines of this series are designed to be fixed into a suitable piping
system with several tap points. Connecting additional spray equipment allows
to carry out cleaning jobs at two places in parallel, independently of each
other. Water flow and pressure are then distributed to both consumers.
Correct nozzle arrangement to ensured, depending on working conditions, i.e.
whether one or more spray guns in operation.
The machines of this series mainly comprise of a low speed high pressure
inline plunger pump, which is directly flanged to and driven by a 100 % duty
electric motor.
The feed water is directed with the required admission pressure via a pre-filter
to the high pressure pump which – in connection with the required spray
nozzle – boosts it to the stated/adjusted working pressure.
Downstream of the high pressure pump a locked and sealed safety/control
valve is installed which opens as soon as the operating pressure is exceeded
by more than 10 % and returns the water which cannot be taken by the nozzle
back into the suction line of the pump.
It also allows to continuously adjust working pressure and water flow as
required.
The working pressure can be adjusted by means of the turning handle at the
double lance and so be adjusted as required.
The machine is equipped with an
automatic SCS shut-down system
with
timer lag
. When closing the spray pistol the machine keeps on running for
approx. 15 seconds in circulation mode (stand-by mode). After approx. 15
seconds the machine switches off electrically. Re-starting and immediate
generation of required/adjusted working pressure is achieved by opening the
spray pistol again, allowing to continue the cleaning task without delay.
The range of applications can be extended by a variety of accessories
