ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Die Zangen zur Bearbeitung von
polymeren Lichtwellenleitern
(POF) müssen vor Arbeitsbeginn in
einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand
sein. Mögliche Beschädigungen
sind umgehend zu beseitigen.
Die Gelenke der Zangen sind
regelmäßig mit leichtem
Maschinenöl zu ölen und vor
Verschmutzung zu schützen. Es ist
darauf zu achten, dass alle Bolzen
durch Sicherungsringe gesichert
sind.

Schneideinheit lässt sich bei
Erstgebrauch nicht bewegen.
Transportsicherung ist nicht oder nicht vollständig entfernt worden.
Mit dem beigelegten Innensechskantschlüssel SW 1,5 die Transportsicherung
vollständig lösen.
Schneideinheit ist nach längerem
Gebrauch blockiert.
Die Kapazität der Zange von 2.500 Schnitten ist erreicht – die Schneideinheit
muss ausgetauscht werden.
Für eine neue Schneideinheit an den Hersteller
wenden.
Schnittkanten sind unsauber,
die Dämpfungswerte sind zu hoch.
Das Rundmesser der Schneideinheit ist eventuell beschädigt –
die Schneideinheit muss ggf. ausgetauscht werden.

Cutting unit can not be moved
during first use.
Transportation locking has not been removed or not completely removed. Use
the enclosed Allen key SW 1.5 to completely loosen the transportation locking.
Cutting unit is blocked after
long-time use.
The capacity of the tool of 2,500 cuts is reached - the cutting unit needs to be
replaced.
Contact the manufacturer for a new cutting unit.
Cutting edges are not clean,
the damping values are too high.
The circular blade of the cutting unit may be damaged - the cutting unit may
need to be replaced.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The tools for processing polymer
optical fibers (POF) must be in a
proper and clean condition before
starting work. Possible damage
must be repaired immediately.
The hinges of the tool must be
regularly lubricated with light
machine oil and protected from
dirt. All bolts must be secured by
retaining rings.
WECHSEL DER SCHNEIDEINRICHTUNG
Die Zange muss während des gesamten Vorgangs geschlossen sein.
Während des Wechselvorgangs ist die Schutzabdeckung der Schneideinheit außer
Funktion.
Das Rundmesser nicht berühren, da sonst Verletzungsgefahr besteht!
Zum Entfernen der alten Schneidvorrichtung, die Schlitzschraube auf der Vorderseite
lösen und die Schneideinheit anschließend aus dem Zangenkörper ziehen. Anschließend
die neue Schneideinrichtung in den Zangenkörper einsetzen und nach Überprüfung des
korrekten Einbaus wieder mit der Schlitzschraube fixieren.
Vor erster Verwendung unbedingt die Transportsicherung lösen.
EXCHANGING THE CUTTING DEVICE
The tool must be closed during the entire process. The protective cover of the
cutting unit is out of function during the changing process.
Do not touch the circular blade, otherwise there is a risk of injury!
To remove the old cutting unit, loosen the slotted screw on the front and then pull
the cutting unit out of the body of the tool. Then insert the new cutting unit into
the body of the tool and, after checking that it is correctly installed, fix it again
with the slotted screw.
Loosen the transportation locking before first use.
