OBH Kitchen Machine
Before use
Before the kitchen machine is taken into use for the first time, please read this instruction
manual thoroughly and keep it for future use. Rinse all attachments in hot water with added
mild detergent before use.

The kitchen machine accessories include:
- spatula (for dough, cake paste, mashed potatoes, fillings, icing, etc.)
- whisk (for e.g. eggs, cream, pancake and layer cake paste, soufflé)
- dough hook (for yeast mixtures)
5. Bowl holder
6. Release button for mixer head release
The release button locks the mixer head to ensure thorough mixing. When the mixer
head is lifted, it locks in vertical position. Hold the mixer head while it is lowered into the
bowl. Press the release button to release the mixer head.
7. Speed switch
Select speed from 1 to 6. Speed increases the higher the number.
How to use the kitchen machine
Clean bowl and accessories in hot water with added mild detergent before use. Rinse well
and wipe thoroughly.
Set the speed switch to 0 and make sure that the kitchen machine is not connected to a
power socket. Press the release button and place the mixer head in vertical position. Attach
the bowl to the kitchen machine’s bowl holder. Turn the bowl counterclockwise until it is firmly
attached to the bowl holder.
When attaching spatula, whisk, or dough hook, set the speed switch to 0 and disconnect the
plug from the power socket. Press the release button and place the mixer head in vertical
position. Attach the tool to the tool attachment socket and turn the selected tool counterc-
lockwise to attach it to the socket. Then press the release button and lower the mixer head
into place. Apply the plug to the power socket.
