be faulty.
Check connection at case rear (from field wiring box) for voltage.

Case Is Not Holding
Temperature
If a large amount of warm product was added to the case, it will take time for the
temperature to adjust. Unit needs product to be pre
-
chilled.
Temperature changes during defrost mode but will return to normal. Fourth LED
(on temperature controller) will indicate defrost cycle in progress.
Check that case is not in sun or near a heat or air
-
conditioning vent.
If case is located near front doors, temperature fluctuation can hinder unit
’
s ability
to maintain temperature.
Check that condenser coil has been cleaned.
Check air grilles for obstructions.
Check sight glass for flashing and/or low charge.
Check Set Point Temperature; it may be adjusted too high.
Condensing Unit Is

Check that the power is turned on.
Determine if temperature controller settings are properly set.
