SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
A prolonged exposure to noise can damage your
hearing.
8 The operator must be very careful with the equip-
ment. Do not use headphones to listen music while
you are working on the product or on the group.
Residual risk elimination
• Risk of squashing and shearing due to the presence
of moving parts.
Warning
Carry out all maintenance operations when the
machine is stationary.
• Risk due to inhalation of poison gases that can be
produced by heating the varnishes during any
welding.
Warning
Use work stations equipped with dust and fume
discharging systems.
Let the fumes disperse for at least 15 minutes, before
welding or reheating, or working on the group again.
• Risk of fire due to the solvents used and to the oil in
the product.
Warning
Keep away any heat sources from the working area.
When solvents or paint removers are used, they
should be removed with soap and water, before
welding.
Remove any containers of solvent, paint remover or
any other inflammable products from the working
area.
• Risk due to fall, drop or violent ejection of objects or
oil from the product.
Warning
These residual risks and the suitable relative
procedures to eliminate them completely are pointed
out, in detail, in the assembly and disassembly
procedures. During maintenance, follow carefully all
the safety procedures indicated in the manual.

8 Das Arbeiten mit Werkzeugen erfordert äusserste
Aufmerksamkeit des Arbeiters. Musikeinwirkung
über Kopfhörer beim Arbeiten kann die Konzentra-
tion beeinträchtigen.
Beseitiung des Restrisikos
• Risiko von Schnitt- und Quetschverletzungen durch
in Bewegung stehende Elemente.
Achtung
Sämtliche Eingriffe nur bei still stehender Maschine
ausführen.
• Risiko durch Einatmen von Giftgasen, welche sich
bei Erwärm ung von Lacken, während der
Schweissarbeiten, entwickeln können.
Achtung
Arbeiten nur in gut belüfteten und mit Abzugsystem
für Staub und Dämpfe ausgestatteten Räumen
ausführen. Mit den Schweissarbeiten oder Arbeiten
an der Gruppe zirka 15 Minuten warten, bis Dämpfe
abgezogen sind.
• Brandrisiko durch Lösungsmittel oder Ölrückstände
am Getriebe.
Achtung
Sämtliche Wärmequellen von der Arbeitszone fern
halten.
Wenn Lacklösungsmittel verwendet werden sind
deren Rückstände mit Wasser und Seife zu
entfernen.
Die Behälter der Lacklösungsmittel oder andere
enflammbare Produkte aus der Arbeitszone
entfernen.
• Risiko durch Herabfallen der Achse, Herausfallen
o d e r H e r a u s s p r i n g e n v o n T e i l e n o d e r
Herausspritzen von Öl.
Achtung
Auf diese Risikofaktoren und deren Verhinderung
wird im Detail in den einzelnen Schritten der
Demontage und Montage eingegangen. Während
der Wartung sind alle im Handbuch beschriebenen
Sicherheitsregeln genau zu befolgen.
