11.6 Checking and changing the lubricating oil and filter
During the compressors initial break-in period the original oil filter and lubricating oil must be
changed at the 25 hour mark. After the initial change of lubricants and filter the oil and oil
filter must be changed every 100 hours of use or annually, whichever comes first.
HP Compressor Lubricant: Only use lubricants rated for use with Nitrox, such as Nuvair 455
TM
Synthetic Food Grade Lubricant or Nuvair 751
TM
.
Never mix Compressor Lubricants.
Nuvair Compressors are shipped with Nuvair 455 Synthetic Food Grade Lubricant or Nuvair
751
TM
in the compressor. Coltri OIL CE 750 and Anderol 755 may also be used, but not
mixed with Nuvair oil.
