HOW TO MAKE A TUBE
This is a completed tube
The diameter is about 3.5" (90mm)
and the length is up to you!
To Knit:
1. Turn the handle clockwise and watch the knitted
yarn come out through the underside of the
machine.
2. Periodically pull down gently on the knitted fabric
as it comes out of the bottom, to prevent it from
snagging.
3. After you have achieved the desired length, stop
and remove the handle on the top of the machine.
4. Cut the yarn leaving 18-24 inches (45-60 cm) and
thread the plastic needle through the loose end.
1: To Remove:
1. Slowly turn the crank (clockwise) until you are between the last stitch, #20 and the first
stitch, #1.
2. Cut the yarn and unthread from the tension arm. Leave a long tail, about 24”
3. Thread yarn onto the plastic needle.
4. Sew through the first stitch to the left (clockwase direction) of the feeder and all subsequent
stitches, threading from inside the circle, towards the outside. All the stitches should now
have yarn through them.
5. Turn the handle clockwise and drop all the stitches off the needles.
6. Knot the end.
Important: Mark your first knitting needle with a dot using a permanent marker (not
included). This will allow you to count your rows.
