Holding machines in place with the adjustable head
joint
By means of the adjustable head joint, the labeller can
be easily inclined by an angle of ±4° by a single opera-
tor.

(including screw and cylinder pins): A9773.
The adjustable head joint comes as two preas-
sembled brackets [21][24]. The complete
assembly is done while mounting the parts to
the labeller.

Tools:
– 6/10/17 mm hexagon socket drivers
– Plastic hammer

Remove the cover plug [20A] from the flange [20B]
on the labellers rear side.

Locate the two cylinder pins [22A] in the holes in the
machine side bracket [21B].

Screw the machine side bracket [22B] onto the flan-
ge on the rear side of the machine with the screw
[22C] provided.
– The two cylinder pins [22A] must locate into the ho-
les in the flange.
Tightening torque:
– Mounting screw[22C] . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(DIN EN ISO 4762 M20x40 8.8) . . . 350 Nm
