Connect an IMU Enclosure to an OEM7 Receiver Card Using a Serial Port

An interface is needed between the OEM7 receiver card and IMU that provides:

Communication signals to the OEM7 receiver

A serial port connection between the IMU and receiver

Power to the receiver

Power to the IMU
