What should I do if I cannot find the SSID (Network name: MiFi_XXXX on the available list of wireless networks?
How long do the batteries last?
Can the device be used while the battery is charging?
A: No networks show.

Please check if you have Wi-Fi (Wireless) capability on your personal equipment, and that it is tuned on.
- Make sure the MiFi is powered on, the Power light should be flashing, and the Wi-Fi indicator light should be solid blue.
- The MiFi may be in sleep mode, Press the power button.
- Remove the battery and the SIM card, clean the metal contacts, put it back in place, and try to connect.
- Hard reset the MiFi and re-configure it, following the reset instructions found in the manual.
