Trouble Shooting -
Red Solid Light

If the Power button LED is a red solid light, the
SIM card is not inserted properly
, or
the device
has an error
. To check the SIM card, remove it,
wipe off the metal
contacts with clean cloth, and
reinstall it. This will solve the problem in most cases.
1. Take off the battery cover and the battery
3. Wipe off the metal contacts with soft clean cloth
4. Re-install the SIM card, battery and
cover back in the original position
2. Remove the SIM card
