MOBILINK TROUBLE-SHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS

MobiLink Software is a connection manager for the MiFi.  It is design to 

help manually connect to the cellular 

(wireless) carrier

. 

You must have administrator privileges to install drivers and software

.

1. 

Connect 

the MiFi to a PC with a micro-USB cable. 

    Note: when you connect the MiFi to a PC, 

it will disable the

    WiFi functionality

 of the MiFi.  This means that you will lose

    your WiFi connection.  The MiFi will now operate as if a USB 
    modem connected to the PC, and other devices will not be
    able to connect to it over Wi-Fi.

2. The MobiLink software will automatically install to your PC. 
    Please follow the instructions, and accept the installation.  
    Refer to the screenshots next page:
