Drag the contents of the Siemens USB key to the FIRMM folder location you just created.

Your USB key may be mounted to a drive letter like “Traveler (H:)” or have a different mount

location and name. Also, the below screenshot shows the T:\FIRMM directory after the

contents of the USB are copied to the location.

The FIRMM Scanner Scripts files should be visible in the T:\FIRMM folder as shown below.

Some of these files will be used in the steps below.

Remove the Siemens USB key from the Siemens MRI host computer.

Note:

Users should remove the Siemens USB key from the Siemens MRI host computer when

the files have been transferred correctly to the Siemens MRI host computer disk, as described

in the installation manual.

Leaving a USB key in the Siemens MRI host computer during

reboot may interfere with the Siemens MRI boot process.

Before proceeding further, confirm the FIRMM Tablet Computer network cable is connected

and the tablet is on.
