REFERENCE GUIDE
1. High Pressure Relief Valve
A safety valve that relieves pressure; to eliminate over
pressurization.
2. Exhaust Vent
Provides an out for burner exhaust gases.
3. Heating Coil
Steel piping wound together with an inlet for incoming cold
water and outlet for hot water to exit.
4. Garden Hose Water Inlet
Means of connecting garden hose to pump inlet.
5. Pump
A device that moves fluid through a combination of suction
and displacement.
6. Battery Location
Storage place to house the battery.
7. Fuel Tank
Fuel storage container.
8. Fuel Cap
Vented cover for fuel tank.
9. Unloader
Valve that regulates pressure and directs flow into bypass
when trigger is closed.
10. Engine
The air-cooled engine powers the pump.
11. Access Panel
Opening to access battery and additional enclosed components.
12. High Pressure Outlet
A passage for water to exit pump and enter the hose.
13. Fuel Filter / Water Separator
Filter in fuel line that removed water and screens out dirt and
debris from fuel.
14. Burner
A device used to efficiently convert fuel oil or gas into heat
energy.
15. Gas Cap
Cover for gas tank.
16. Spray Gun
Used to divert water out to nozzle.
17. Grip
Section of wand to extend length and provide stability.
18. Wand
Rod to extend length.
19. Control Panel
Flat surface for mounting switches.
20. Circuit Breaker
Trips to open circuits when overloaded.
21. Heat Switch
Acts as an on/off device for power to burner components.
22. Thermostat
Control power to fuel solenoid for firing.
23. Indicator Lights, LED
Instrument used to monitor unit operation.
24. Nozzle Storage
A space for storing nozzles.
25. Thermal Relief Valve
Discharges hot water from the pump manifold during long
bypass operation.
