The command to enable or disable ICMP message type filtering is entered from the Advanced
Filtering menu as follows:
For any given filter, only one ICMP message type can be set at any one time. The

option
disables ICMP message type filtering. The
list
option displays a list of the available ICMP
message types that can be entered.

ICMP message type filters must be cache-disabled. Exercise caution when applying
cache-enabled and cache-disabled filters to the same switch port. For more information, see
