7 Troubleshooting and Maintenance
7.1 Troubleshooting
If your unit malfunctions or has an operation failure, please first check the
following points before repair:

. There is heat source or too many people inside the room.

. There is obstacle at the air intake or outlet.

. The room sensor has malfunctioned.

Note:
Once the above listed possible reasons have been eliminated, please turn off the air
conditioner and call for a qualified service technician. Only qualified service techs should repair
the unit.
7.2 Routine Maintenance
Only a qualified service person is allowed to perform maintenance.
Disconnect power supply before servicing the unit.
Do not use hot water above of 50°C (122

) for cleaning air filters and outside
panels.
