Lors de la première utilisation, la vérification de la tension de la chaîne doit se faire après les premières
quatre (4) heures d’opération.
La chaine doit être lubrifiée à toutes les huit (8) heures d’opération. La tension de la chaine doit être vérifiée à toutes
les vingt-cinq (25) heures d’opération et réajustée au besoin.
During the first use, the chain tension should be verified after the first four (4) hours of operation.
The chain must be lubricated every eight (8) hours of operation. The chain tension should be verified every twenty-
five (25) hours of operation and adjusted if necessary
1. Desserrer les deux (2) boulons appuyés sur des rondelles d’appui (A).
2. Passer la chaîne entre les deux (2) roues dentées.
3. Installer la maille patente.
4. À l’aide d’une clé, ajuster la tension avec la tête de boulon (B) en tournant sens horaire avec la force du petit
doigt.
5. Maintenir la pression avec le petit doigt et resserrer les 2 boulons (A).
6. Lorsque la tension dans la chaîne ne sera plus suffisante, refaire étape 1,4 et 5.
*Pour une tension adéquate de la chaîne, il doit y avoir un jeu d’une fois l’épaisseur de la chaîne sur le brin
inférieur de celle-ci. Tendre la chaîne de façon excessive pourrait causer l’usure prématurée de la chaîne.
1. Loosen up the two (2) bolts seated on flat washers (A).
2. Place the chain between the two (2) gears
3. Install the connecting link.
4. Using a wrench, adjust the tension on the chain with the bolt head (B) applying a clockwise pressure with the
auricular.
5. Maintain pressure on the wrench and tighten back the two (2) bolts (A)
6. Once the tension in the chain is no longer sufficient, repeat steps 1,4 and 5
*For proper chain tension, there must be spacing equal to one time the thickness of the
chain on the lower strand. Excessive tension in the chain could cause premature wear of the chain.
