General recommendations
To be read before using the counter.

This manual forms an integral part of the product and must be stored with the equipment to fa-
cilitate rapid consultation.
−
The adjuster must not be used with other functions other than those described below, specifical-
ly it can not be used as a safety device.
−
Before proceeding check the application limits.
−
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or simi-
larly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
−
Any technical assistance and extraordinary maintenance must only be carried out by
qualified technical personnel.
Safety precautions.

Before connecting the counter ensure that the supply voltage is as required.
−
It is mandatory to earth the unit.
−
Do not expose the unit to water or humidity: use the counter only within the limits of operation
provided for.
−
Attention: before carrying out any kind of maintenance remove electric connections from the
counter.
−
The electric panel must never be opened.
−
If malfunction or failure occurs, contact qualified staff for analysis and repair.
−
Connect the power cable to a socket that is easily accessible even after the counter has been
positioned.
−
Isolate the power circuit upstream by means of an omnipolar circuit breaker switch with a mini-
mum contact opening of 3 mm.
−
Do not store explosive substances, such as pressurised containers with flammable propellent,
inside this equipment. Keep free from obstructions the ventilation openings located in the equip-
ment shell or in the flush
-
mounting frame.

Do not use mechanical devices or other means in order to speed up the defrosting process oth-
er than those recommended by the Manufacturer.

Do not damage the coolant circuit.
−
Do not use any electrical devices inside the compartments used to store frozen food other than
the type recommended by the Manufacturer.
−
The counter cannot be used by children or by disabled people without proper supervision.
−
It is forbidden to remove any guards or panels that require the use of tools for their removal.
−
It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with or alter the product in any way.
−
The counter is suited for maintaining the temperature of the products and not for reducing it,
therefore only introduce products already cooled down to their respective preservation tempera-
ture.
