Troubleshooting - Test C, Motor Start Error
Leave DC supply connected and
remove unit from its enclosure.
Inspect unit ventilation. Max
operational ambient temperature is
131° F (55° C). Is ventilation adequate?
Is the unit free from an overload of hot
items?

Check the voltage at the DC
connector. Is the voltage within
range?
12 VDC: 10.4 VDC -15.4 VDC
Repair DC supply voltage, test unit.

Is fan running and the coils clean and
not restricted?
Replace power control module.
No
Yes
Replace cooling unit.
Perform Diagnostic Prechecks.
Is unit overloaded?
Reduce load on unit.
